properties; suggest negotiation strategies
to help you obtain the most advantageous
price and terms.
- Prepare,
present and fully explain your written
offer and any counter offer and/or
addendums.
- Provide
you with a written estimate of closing and
settlement costs.
- Refer
you to other professionals (attorneys,
accountants, inspectors, lenders) for
assistance and/or advice.
- Attend
inspections, facilitate appraisal.
Expedite paperwork between all parties.
- Make
sure you have been provided required
disclosures, certifications and home owner
association resale documentation according
to the terms of your contract.
- Monitor
all pre-settlement and escrow activities
throughout the closing process.
- Review
the final closing statement and attend
your escrow appointment (if local).
- Consult,
communicate and explain the process
throughout your real estate purchase.
